Fishin' @ Otter Creek

Sunday(4/5/09) was ANOTHER fun filled day! Due to the SNOW on Saturday, we postponed our trip for one day & ended up going fishing Sunday instead at Otter Creek! We met Mom & Dad, Kim & Jeff (their kids),

Buddy & Tami (their kids) up there, Mandi & Jake ditched out on us!
We may not have caught a lot of fish,..(all but BUDDY! NICE rainbow!)
but we sure did catch a lot of CRAWDADS!!!

While most of the day was nice & sunny,.. (Mike & I have the SUNBURNS to prove it!) there were times when the clouds going over would make it VERY cold! Making us run to grab a blanket to bundle up in!

The kids had fun playing on the dam & running around!

Even though I may not catch a fish, THIS is WHY I LOVE to go fishing!!
We ALWAYS have a LOT of fun when we all get together! Great weather, great food, great outings equals great Family moments... what more could you ask for? I think a lot of fun was had by all!!

Drive to Delta

3/28/09.. Mike surprised me again with another little drive.
Not knowing where we were going, (except for Mike again) we just drove!
He ended up taking us up 257,...

Not much along the way but a pretty view (the 1st part of the drive anyways!)

We ended up going through a place called Deseret, I THINK that's the name of it!! Mike stopped so I could take pictures of this AWESOME old school!!

It was a beautiful trip all in all!

Another one I will never forget!! Even the part where Mike got pulled over on the freeway & got a ticket for going 87 in a 75!! (Aaah the memories!!) Haha!!

Trip To Mt. Meadow Massacre!

Sorry it's been so long! Just been busy! And from the next few post's you'll see that! It's been GREAT!! So,... 3/21/09 Mike & I decided we wanted to go for a little drive! Mike had a little trip planned out (without me knowing any of it), he took me the back way to St.G from Cedar,
I had just received my new camera and needed to try it out,... (AS YOU CAN TELL,.. I DID JUST THAT!)

We ended up stopping at the Mt. Meadow Massacre Historical/Memorial site! It was neat!
It was really something!

Just the feeling you get when you are there!

Indescribably really!

I got to see a lot of beautiful sights in my own back yard that I have never seen before!! And some that I have! What a FUN day it was! Just spending time with the Hubby!
